Categories

  • At least one author has to be registered by October 1st for the inclusion of its paper to the IEEE post-proceedings.
  • ChileCon Author: USD 350 (Covers registration and attendance of 1 author and inclusion of his/her article in the IEEE conference proceedings).
  • Additional Paper: USD 200 (Can be applied to the 2nd and 3rd article to be registered by the same author. Allows inclusion of the work in the IEEE proceedings and does not include additional materials or tickets)
  • General Participant: USD 250.
  • Postgraduate Student : USD 120 (To be accredited by a regular student certificate or similar)
  • Paper with only a student as author must register as full author rate.
  • Undergraduate Student: USD 60 (To be accredited by a regular student certificate or similar)
  • Dinner Ticket: USD 60
  • Discounts (not cumulative):
    • Early Payment (by October 1st): 10% off.
    • IEEE and ACCA members: 10% off (To be accredited by means of a document indicating affiliation to a member institution with up-to-date dues; e.g., PDF, screenshot, or similar)
    • IEEE and ACCA Students assisting as participants are free if registering by the early due of October 1st.

Registrations for the ChileCon Author and General Participant categories include: Registration Kit, Attendance to all sessions, Coffee Breaks, Welcome Cocktail Ticket, and Dinner Ticket.

Registrations for the Student (undergraduate and postgraduate) categories include: Registration Kit, Attendance to all sessions, and Coffee Breaks.

Registration Instructions

  1. The first step is to make the payment according to the corresponding fee for the event and category. If you have any questions about what and how much you must pay, please contact clei2025cl@gmail.com. Don’t forget to save the proof of payment in PDF format, as it will be requested during the registration process.
  2. You must complete the registration form (Google Form) available here. The form requests participant information and associated paper IDs (if applicable), as well as proof of IEEE/ACCA membership, student certificate, and receipt of payment, as applicable. The payment method and associated receipt are not required at the time of registration.
  3. For ChileCon Authors: It is important that authors of accepted articles register by October 1st.
  4. When your registration is reviewed and validated, you will receive an email from the Conference Secretariat (clei2025cl@gmail.com) indicating whether the registration and payment are successful. Do not confuse it with the backup email containing a copy of the submitted form.
